Founder & President
Kathleen Trinh brings nearly two decades of celebrity endorsement and branding experience at the world’s leading talent agencies to her role as Founder & President of Focused Artists Branding. With a diverse and dynamic roster of talent and brands, she has been the driving force behind a myriad of high-profile deals and global campaigns for some of the biggest names in entertainment and business.
After seeing a need for personalized and service-oriented representation, Kathleen launched Focused Artists Branding (FAB). Representing a list of established, iconic, and award-winning household names as well as up-and-coming celebrity and influencer talent. FAB nurtures authentic brand collaborations and facilities long-term brand building for her clients and corporate partners.
Before founding FAB, Kathleen spent eight years in the artist marketing division of Paradigm Talent Agency, where she built and ran the department as Head of Celebrity Branding & Endorsements. She was responsible for the creation and oversight of many lucrative deals across the agency, connecting actors, artists, comics, influencers, and major entertainment properties with Fortune 500 brands across all categories.
Kathleen discovered her passion for celebrity branding and endorsements in 2003 when she began her career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), working with senior agents in the marketing and celebrity endorsement departments on high-level brand partnership deals. Following CAA, she honed her negotiation and relationship-building skills as an endorsement agent at International Creative Management (ICM), where she secured many strategic brand deals for A-list clients.
Prior to her career as a branding agent, Kathleen was a business consultant for both Deloitte & Touche LLP and Disney.
